THRIVE is a growth opportunity for up and coming leaders. Its members are a select group of high potential emerging leaders who come together as a private and confidential leadership community to extend and develop their understanding of leadership effectiveness as well as their own personal impact on organizational success. THRIVE is designed to focus on developing critical thinking around solutions to issues and challenges facing emerging leaders today and in the future of work.
THRIVE is designed for (a) emerging leaders who have been in their leadership position for 2 years or less, or (b) high potential individual contributors within their organizations. The XImpact™ Circle provides an opportunity to learn, develop, and share in a confidential forum with other like-minded emerging leaders. Membership is by application only and members are selected based on their desire for personal and professional development, their belief in lifelong learning, their commitment to continuous improvement, and a willingness to share their challenges, experiences, and successes with others.

As a member of THRIVE, you will have opportunities to collaborate with other leaders from non-competitive companies to converse and brainstorm via round table discussions, build business relationships, develop new leadership skills, learn best practices, and share your expertise and experience with your own Leadership Circle.
All THRIVE sessions are confidential (no substitutes are allowed) with 15 members total. Sessions are conducted virtually for four months (January-April 2021). The Circle kicks off January 14th and sessions are held every Thursday. The sessions are 2 hours in length and will begin at 10:00 a.m. ET. In addition, members will work with each other through smaller rotating Impact Accountability Circles.
